This position involves overseeing and managing quality control processes, monitoring production lines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve product quality.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    2. Process Monitoring: Monitor and analyze production processes to identify and address quality issues promptly. Implement corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
    3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and inspection reports. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
    4. Team Leadership: Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and quality standards in the industry. Ensure that the companys products and processes meet all regulatory requirements.
    6. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
    7. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality-related issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    8. Supplier Quality: Work closely with suppliers to assess and improve the quality of incoming materials and components.
    9. Quality Audits: Participate in internal and external quality audits. Ensure that audit findings are addressed and closed in a timely manner.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Management).
    • Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and tools.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
    • Good communication and leadership skills.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
