Job Description

The operations team at Swiggy is responsible for delivering great customer experience through best - in - class delivery times and maximum serviceability. While we make our efforts in achieving these objectives, we also already have Indias largest delivery fleet and we are heavily focused on ensuring a great DE experience. Central Operations strategy : Leads strategic thinking on operations through thinking about new products and setting up new processes. This team works closely with product team on solutioning and with city operations teams on execution City Operations teams : Manage operations effectively to drive positive customer experience and optimise cost to support the overall business P&L. The city teams also work with central operations team on rolling out new products and processes to drive ops excellence and build sustainable operations Job Description

  • Swiggy is looking for an effective delivery executive (DE) engagement manager who will be the voice of a DE in Swiggy.
  • He/she should excel at two way communication with DEs to understand a DE s expectations, preferences and issues and implement initiatives that address DE concerns, improve DE s Swiggy experience and ensure business objectives are met.
  • The ideal candidate will be adept at working with various internal stakeholders in Swiggy to address DE issues.
  • He/she should be able to act as an active check for any processes started by other Swiggy stakeholders to ensure a DE s experience is not affected. Plan, coordinate, implement any city level engagement activity needed .
  • Plan budget, track spend and impact of all engagement activities Ensure new DEs learn the processes and get comfortable in the system in the shortest possible time Conduct regular surveys, focus group discussions and frequent interaction with DEs at hubs to hear their issues and understand their needs .
  • Share feedback on DE sentiment, issues faced at an area level regularly to operations head and central operations.
  • Track end to end closure of issues raised by DEs Track any insurance claims from DEs and ensure they are addressed on time.
  • Track NPS across areas and identify issues,Co - ordinate launch of any new initiative from central operations
  • Plan, implement and regulate communication channel between DE and other stakeholders in the city for wholesome DE engagement.
  • Manage newsletter content and coordinate with vendor for designing and circulation.
Desired Candidate
  • Post Graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience in Operations Management.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross - functional team.
