DearCompany Secretary && Chartered Accountant: -We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant cum Company Secretary toperform effective risk management and plan the organizations financial strategy. Itis a very important and complex role to investigates and safeguards its finances. Thegoal is to protect the companys revenues and profits to achieve full financial controland sustainable growth. A CA must be well-versed in all aspects of financialmanagement ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and bankingoperations.As a CS convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings(producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meetingcorrespondence and so on) providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice duringand outside of meetings.Experience: -Fresher to 2 Years in Private or Stock listed company preferablyAutomotive/Industrial/Aerospace products/Defense sector/Retail/FMGS. Hands-onexperiences on dealing with Board of Director, MIS Preparation, responsible for theadministrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. Inaddition, they are often involved in the development of a financial and operationalstrategy, KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system.Tracking cash flow and financial planning and analyzing the company's financialstrengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions. Proficient in the use ofMS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)Ability to strategize and solve problems,strong leadership and organizational skillsexcellent communication and people skills,and an analytical mind, comfortable withnumbersPackage: -3-5 Lakhs CTC INRQualification: -Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary, Male/Female marriedCPA is a strong advantage,B Com/MBA Finance is a plusInterested candidate share resume on WhatsApp hidden_mobile or email on hidden_emailRegardssneha talent max
