Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: -You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of our Dermo-cosmetic Products to Various Specialties of Doctors.We require B-Pharma/B.Sc (Biology, Biotech, and Botany), B.Com fresh graduates or candidates having below one year of work experience. MBA freshers can also be considered. (The education must be from English Medium from beginning, it is Mandatory or English Communication MUST be very fluent, if from other Medium) Excellent English Communication and thorough Scientific Knowledge is a MUST. (CANDIDATES HAVING POOR ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILL, SHOULD NOT APPLY ONLY) Establish the concepts of all products and effectively communicate them to doctorsUtilize selling skills effectively to generate the demand and business from doctorsExecute the plan, agreed with Scientific Sales Manager, effectively and give regular feedback regarding the sameConduct CMEs and group meetings as agreed.Focus on updating ones knowledge and skillAchieve Sales as well as Activity TargetsDevelop KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests.
