Key Responsibilities:Facilities managers are responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirementsTo ensure that all site facilities are compliant with statutory and corporate requirements, especially with regards to safety.Work with Safety & HR teams to extend necessary support required for Statutory Compliance under Shops and Est. Act, including registration. They need to manage the cleaning, waste disposal, catering, security and parking of entire site, while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.Is responsible for managing the office systems, which can often include the IT and office equipmentDirecting, coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recyclingWill have to handle space management allocating and managing space within buildings.Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors;Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;Inspect office space to determine need for repairs and renovationsManaging and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities;Responsibility for the management of direct reports including coaching and mentoring of staff so they continually improve performance and achieve their potential which includes Admin team, Housekeeping, Security and any other staff.Issuing of staff ID cards;Receipting of inwards goods, minor stores management, management of the transport, mail, courier and stationery ordering functionsEnd to end vendor management ensuring good services and maintaining budgets and cost savingsTravel management of staff, visitorsResponding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.Event Management in office and off sites including logisticsStationery procurement and inventory Printing (Visiting cards, Letter Heads, Envelopes, etc.) and courier / speed post servicesExtend support to HR team for new joinees onboarding I. Ensures the optimal utilization of facilities. Assesses and evaluates requirements and recommends plans to meet the needs. Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.,
