    • Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : A Understand use cases from Architect/business analyst Evaluate data to check feasibility of developing a model Identify the modelling technique to be employed Collect with data with assistance from engineers, perform ETL, data transformations as necessary, Run AI/ML Experiments, get assistance from Engineers to run and track multiple experiments Provide guidance to tune hyper parameters for the experiments Tune hyperparameters, improve the model results Evaluate the results from trained models
        • Technical Experience : A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, OSS or Log analytics with 5 years relevant Telecom experience B Excellent understanding of the Telecommunications operations C Previous experience with project/program management D Proficient in traditional ML techniques as well as deep learning E Ability to communicate ideas, liaise with business counterparts F Deploy suitable models in to production Provide guidance to monitor the model for drift G Identify the risks with current models and mitigate model
        • Professional Attributes : A Great communication and interpersonal skills B Automation first mindset drive different types of automation frameworks C Collaborative mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills D Experience to work in Agile and DevOps processes E Open to learn newer technologies
        • Educational Qualification : Engineering graduates with certification/course in AI/ML
