You will lead a team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure effective HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and people-centric approach will be essential in shaping our organizational culture and driving our people strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to:-Talent Acquisition and Recruitment-Employee Relations-Performance Management-Training and Development-Benefits and Compensation-Employee.
