    Job DescriptionAssistant Vice President (AVP) - SalesWe are seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Sales. As the AVP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our company. As an AVP - Sales and Business Promotions, you will be closely working with the CXOs and Heads of all the departments . You will be responsible for sales and business promotions activities across various parts of the world , identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent team management skills , communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.Qualifications Responsible for identifying potential clients in the Overseas market, establishing contact, and building relationships with them. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay. informed about the competitive landscape. Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure their success. Travel and meet client partner to generate sales and new business , Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Act as Strategic Advisor for launching new Business Unit Proven experience in sales and business development in the IT industry Making road map to increase the revenue every year with existing clients and new client partners. Developing and implementing a client development strategy to achieve sales targets and meet company goals. This includes setting sales targets, forecasting revenue and creating action plans to achieve these objectives. Tracking and reporting on sales performance, revenue, and client acquisition progress. Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Analytics, BI Services, SAP and other niche technologies and industry solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong negotiation and presentation skills Result-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets Knowledge of the latest industry trends and developments,
