The Performance Marketing Specialist shall lead all our paid ad-media initiatives and build an in-house performance marketing capability that is analytics-driven. - You will lead the entire campaign strategy from ideation, building measurement frameworks, execution to final performance measurement. Your performance will be tied to revenue growth and brand amplification. - You will work closely with the Management and Sales Team, ensuring everyones feedback is captured in optimizing current campaigns and planning new campaigns.
