To ensure Incoming quality of Casting & Casting machining partsSupplier end Inspection & Audit to maintain quality standards & reduce complains of C&M Group CategoriesSupporting for new supplier & Parts /foundry developments with required Process & DocumentationsTimely act on deviations of parts & monitoring continuous improvements through interaction with the suppliers & Audit the ProcessesMonitoring the supplier rating for contiguous improvements by feeding data in IntelexTraining o subordinate & guide for continuous improvements as well to improve their domain knowledgeThe Quality Management Job Family Group is responsible for activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a service or manufactured material, component, or product. Activities include auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of processes or outputs, either against defined internal or regulatory standards; reporting on process deviations and defects; identifying and developing outsourcing vendors and suppliers according to organization quality standards and policies. Supplier quality management activities include negotiating service level agreements, performance/quality metrics, and ensuring contractual obligations are met; resolving vendor/supplier problems related to quality, performance, quantity, timing, etc. The Quality Control Job Family auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Testing random samples of finished goods. Reporting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods and liaising with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems Job duties encompass a wide range of tasks, processes, or systems OR are focused on a specific area; job requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks. Ability to provide solutions to problems that are non-standard.
