Job Description

How is this team contributing to the vision of Providence Providence Cybersecurity (CYBR) is committed to appropriately protecting all information relating to its caregivers and affiliates, as well as protecting its confidential business information (including information relating to its caregivers, affiliates, and patients). What will you be responsible for Facilitate strategic planning with stakeholders for deployment or enhancement of information technologies and/or major services and products. Develop projects within a program in alignment with the business/facilitys strategic plans and objectives with little/no oversight from leadership . Advising, consulting, and managing several complex projects under a common objective at Providence, under a single program (or across several programs) designed to support Providence to achieve strategic goals and initiatives, including but not limited to, Information Services (IS) operations, informatics, information security, project intake, growth & expansion, healthcare intelligence, integration, applications, and IT infrastructure. Accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish complex program objectives, managing change, and resolving issues that span across project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing, and supervising program activities in a cost-effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact between business/facility executive leadership and the resource managers of all IS teams and is responsible for engaging executive leadership and communicating the progress of the program. Develop and gain sponsor approval for program/project budgets and delivery dates. Proactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the program/project lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/facility leadership. Ensures projects related to the program are planned and executed in a manner that supports the Providence Mission and supports integration and collaboration across the health system while meeting the organizational objectives. While operating independently, this position works collaboratively with business/facility operational leadership, intake and governance teams, as well as IS groups required to deploy IS services and technology. This role may oversee a team of up to 20-30 caregivers. What would your day look like Engage with Providence Cybersecurity (CYBR) and Providence Global Center in India. Demonstrate knowledge of Information Security, Data Privacy, and IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) concepts and technologies. Develop and own the business/facilitys strategy and plans and ensure their relevance and currency. Facilitate strategic planning with stakeholders for deployment or enhancement of information technologies and/or major services and products. Influence decisions in partnership with program leadership to ensure work toward common objectives. Proactively inform and influence others to maintain the balance required between business needs project partner strategy and standards and financial requirements and budgets with little/no direction from business/facility leadership. Manage portfolio programs with very high complexity, strategic priority and/or visibility, system and/or regional priority - typically at an enterprise level. Develop and gain sponsor approval for program/project budgets and delivery dates. Proactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the program/project lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/facility leadership. Engage and organize the assignment of activities of multi-functional, large-scale teams, as well as the project estimates, task dependencies and schedule. Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives, organizing necessary resources with little/no intervention from business/facility leadership. Pro-actively and independently develop root cause analyses and process improvement plans. Maintain all program/project artifacts and set the standards for other program/project management resources on the program(s). Who are we looking for Minimum 12 yearsofexperience in an Information Systems role. Minimum 7 years of experience in program/project management. Preferred 2 years of Project Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) experience within a Healthcare, Pharma or Bio-Technology organization. Strong communication skills. Effectively communicate (coherent, completeness, logical) to executive leaders and individual team members, catering their message accordingly. Strong leadership and mentorship skill. Good understanding of PM Practices, strong Agile experience, knowledge and expertise. Knowledge of ADO preferred. Ability to manage programs with the highest complexity and broadest breadth - typically at the enterprise-level. Ability to coordinate and facilitate between executive leadership, resource managers of all IS teams, project management and consulting resources. Preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certifications. Six Sigma (Lean) or CQIA (Quality Improvement Associate) certifications. Preferred CISSP, CISM or equivalent Information Security Management certifications.
