The candidate will be responsible for bringing aggressive growth through DISBURSEMENT of New to Bank & existing book of the Food & Agri Business segment.Specific Roles and Responsibilities:1. To originate and develop new relationship in Food & Agri domain corporates in Mumbai and surrounding locations2. To structure and provide innovative deals to Food and Agri corporates in working capital, term loan, project finance and non-fund based products3. Maintain direct relationship with CEO/CFO to originate new business for the bank4. Deeping relationship with corporates by providing cross sell products including CMS, Insurance, Salary Relationship etc5. Liaison with internal groups with relation to sanction of proposal, disbursement of limits and ensuring post disbursement monitoring of customers6. To drive fee, net interest income, incremental book and NTB target for the region managed7. Contribute to smooth and auto functioning of the Business Unit.
