Job Description

Designation : Executive/Manager (CRM)Experience : 3 -7 years Qualification: Graduate/PG or equivalentPreference : Real Estate industry only Location : Lucknow/GurgaonJob Type : Full-time We are Urgently hiring for a CRM background candidate from Executive to Manager Level.Duties and key responsibilities :- Interaction with customers face to face, by email, and over the phone. - Collection of CAM charges- Liaisoning with customers- Updating MIS on a day-to-day basis.- Maintaining and updating records of customer interactions every now and then work with team members.- Achieve the required performance targets and standards in accordance with the business plan.- Monitor and report progress and performance, provide feedback, and take appropriate corrective action.- Ensure seamless interface with brokers and others if required.- Ensure service to customers- Prepare and present reports.- Maintain effective communication at all times among the team including communicating instructions given by the top management.- Implementation of leasing strategies in line with Management direction.- Adhere to the systems and procedures that have been devised for the leasing.- Generation of new leads and promotion of existing lead relationships.- Analyze and shortlist potential tenants/leases based on requirements.Skills and Knowledge :- Good communication skills. - Problem-solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills- Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environmentContact : 7678275939 (ref:updazz.com) updazz .com
