Primary objective is to Win new Customer Projects and Manage Projects during Development Phase in Tractor Segment Liaison with Customer in Pre-Selling, Quotation, Negotiation, Project Contracting and Development phases. Responsible for Project execution and delivery within boundary conditions of Specification, Cost and Timelines. Need based escalation to management. Act as Project Lead for the system comprising of Various components and Liaison with respective product team (Product Engineering , Manufacturing , Quality and Supply Chain) Price Management: Reconciliation topics like FOREX, PCR, RMI, ECI etc Consolidate, report and manage OEM data - Volume Planning Prognostics & Long Term Forecast Engineering Change Management Product Lifecycle management including end of Supplies and End of Production agreements. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical) MBA desirable Relevant Experience 08 to 12 years of experience within Bosch with cross-functional exposure in Sales and/or Project Management. 03 to 05 Years of Experience in Customer facing Role preferred. Skills & Competencies Knowledge of the Automotive industry and Eco-System Good knowledge of agriculture and associated Eco-system . Broad Knowledge on Automotive Engine Management Systems & Components. Good interpersonal skills, Good analytical skills, Commercial acumen & Entrepreneurial mind set Customer Focus, Team player, Results & Future Orientation Strong presentation, excellent communication and Networking skills desired.
