Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for recovering provisioning failures and will be first point of contact for any provisioning related issues. The engineer must review each provisioning request / incident and plan the activities with minimal impact to customer environmentNeed to have extensive experience in Palo Alto firewalls, experience Cisco firewalls.Should identify, troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidents observed on any equipment across network.Responsible for preparing Method of Procedure for any configuration changes, and follow Change management procedures.Should have good Knowledge and working experience on Cisco, Palo Alto Security Products (Firewall & IPS) is an added advantage.Should be skilled in Firewall and VPN troubleshooting.Responsible for leading any planned scheduled maintenance activities.Should be able to lead any incident calls with OEM technical support and provide any inputs required for restoration.Resolve Customer Escalations.Act as a key SPOC for L3 Incidents.Type of Experience: Global | Build and Manage | Tech Lead / Architect | Strong Customer liaising skills/expCertifications needed: CCNP Security, Palo alto Network security certificationIf you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace, IBM provides an environment where you will be challenged and inspired every single day.
