Job Description

    Drive the development and implementation of Transformation agenda for the Financial Reporting Team Collaborate with the Operation leads on Transformation book of work Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery of change. Work with HR to ensure training and cultural change is included in project plans. Provide excellent and robust governance across the delivery portfolio Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues and present findings and recommendations to Operations Lead, Provide reporting and informational updates to senior management on Transformation Workstreams Experience in understanding of As-Is process and ability to develop To-Be processSkillsetExperience in developing and implementing new business processes Experience working with cross functional teams and senior executive management Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues Strong leadership: must lead change transformation and influence others to act in support of change Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality results Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze requirements and come up with potential solutions in a timely manner. Experience with Agile methodologies and use of JIRA and an understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines. Good written and verbal communication skills.QualificationsExperience Reqd.- 5-7 yrs only UiPath Developer should be able to configure and customize UiPath Studio as per requirement from the client Expected to deal with technical exceptions by following UiPath best practices from the perspective of development of UiPath Bot. Work on UiPath Development activities Expertise on UiPath Orchestrator and well versed with UiPath Documentation Hands on knowledge in Alteryx, HTML, VBA, SQL, Python. Experience of developing or implementing machine learning models is a plus.,
