Job Description

    Position: Work InspectorsQualification: ITI, Under Graduation, or Graduation (Any Specialization)Experience: 0 to 3 YearsAge Criteria: 23 to 30 YearsLocation: Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and other locations across IndiaRemuneration: Best in the IndustryNote: Recruiting Male candidates onlyJob Summary:We are hiring Work Inspectors for civil road projects across various locations in India. The role involves supervising site work, managing materials and labor, and supporting site management and engineers.Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervision and Inspection:
      • Oversee site work according to instructions from superiors.
      • Acknowledge materials and manage trip sheets at unloading points.
    • Labor and Machinery Management:
      • Arrange and control labor as per work schedules; prepare and submit Daily Labour Reports (DLR).
      • Coordinate loading, unloading, and use of machinery; maintain log reports.
    • Documentation and Reporting:
      • Record and maintain trip sheets for materials used, including GSB, WMM, BT, and concrete.
      • Prepare and raise indents to meet execution requirements timely.
    • Site Coordination:
      • Monitor subcontractor progress and coordinate with superiors.
      • Ensure safety protocols are followed during daily activities.
    • Additional Duties:
      • Assist engineers and works executives as needed.
      • Perform any other tasks assigned by immediate superiors.
