Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose: To serve as a project manager for Formulation development, so as to achieve goals on intense level of projects.Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective initiation by creating a charter, bringing appropriate set of stakeholders together and by completing system requirements for initiation Prepare planning documents, including schedule, and secure requisite approvals Ensure effective execution by running review meetings at desired frequency through adequate agenda setting, capturing decisions and action item and by actively following up action items to completion Ensure right level of control through effective use of governance frameworks and established escalation mechanisms Apply project management principles to ensure on time and in full deliveries Proactive risk-identification, escalation and mitigation Enable resolution of issues in a timely manner Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders Ensure systematic closure of activities as needed Analyze data to pick patterns towards enabling continuous improvement Liaise with quality control, quality assurance, finance, logistics, supply chain to ensure smooth execution of projects Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace. Ensuring that there are no safety non-compliances in areas that my team operates in. Ensuring adherence to all Syngene policies related to data integrity by all members of the team including self Ensuring all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self Reporting incidents (or near-misses) and learnings from those incidents to avoid recurrence. Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times and ensuring the same by the team members. Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the teamEducational Qualification: Masters in Pharmacy, preferably with PMP or equivalent certificationTechnical/functional Skills: Knowledge of operations, process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies will be a plus Proficient in project management knowledge areas Proficient in project management software (MS Project or equivalent) Comfortable with data analysis using MS Excel Comfortable with presentations using MS PowerPoint Comfortable with collaboration platforms such as MS Teams Good knowledge of Contract Research Organization/ Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO)/Pharma/Biotech industry environmentExperience: Overall 11 to 13 years of industry experience out of which 5 to 7 years of relevant Project Management experience requiredBehavioral Skills: Fluent in communication (English - written/oral) Collaborative, team player Analytical, problem solver Growth mindset, positive approach Entrepreneurial Ability to influence irrespective of hierarchies,
