    Job Title: International Non-Voice Process Customer SupportExperience: 1 to 4 yearsSalary: 2.5 LPA to 4 LPAWalk-In Details:

    • Location: 4th & 5th Maximus Towers, 2A Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur, Hitec City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081
    Job Overview: We are hiring for an International Non-Voice Process (Customer Support) for immediate joiners. Candidates will provide support through chat, responding to customer complaints professionally and effectively resolving them in line with established guidelines.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Provide customer support through chat.
    • Respond to customer complaints professionally.
    • Resolve complaints in accordance with guidelines.
    • Build rapport with customers.
    • Overcome objections and ask for the business.
    • Actively listen to customers, demonstrating empathy and patience.
    • Retain thorough knowledge of all existing and new processes and procedures.
    Key Skills:
    • Understanding of eCommerce websites is preferred.
    • Knowledge of mobile and computing products.
    • Effective written communication and comprehension skills.
    • Excellent typing speed (at least 30 wpm).
    • Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills; team player.
    • Ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks accurately and timely.
    • Ability to operate a phone system or personal computer.
    • Adherence to all organizational policies and procedures.
