VNA Trainer: Training Need Analysis conducted for needed skill sets. Can able to provide training on International Versant (Auto machine test) Designed candidates training to address problem areas. Skills included social graces, communication abilities, language skills, personal habits, cognitive or emotional empathy, time management, teamwork and leadership traits. Completed post-training assessments and submitted evaluative reports to reporting manager. Develop and manage effective communication strategies for the candidates Organize initiatives and plan performance improvement activities Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with the improvement of candidates skills and reporting to reporting manager Conduct calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach Conduct Communication test, Voice and Behavioral training for candidates Identify business improvement ideas Any additional task given to the incumbent from time to time based on business needs Tracker preparation for Assessment Client co-ordination, able to handle more batches for VNA, Campus hiring, pool hiring. Day Shift and Saturday /Sunday fixed off Timings: 9.00AM-6.30PM Salary: Best in the Industry.
