We are a trusted adviser, provide insights that embed into every go-to-market process, collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business delivery teams. We develop tools using advanced features of Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) using complex queries to data sources, embed global standards and security.A successful candidate will be someone who can balance operational with strategic tasks, is not afraid to dive into querying complex datasets, to ask & seek answers to tough questions, and to collaborate with teams. One who has superior analytical skills, can derive requirements, work under pressure, design high quality data visualisation solutions and is effective in communicating insights to business partners. Experience in developing dashboards using Tableau is a plus.If you are a data analyst with expertise in bringing out insights, can visualise, propose creative & secured solutions using Tableau CRM that help business owners consume KPIs, understand anomalies - yet disciplined, ready to make your hands dirty, work hard, and innovative we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:

  • Create & maintain Tableau CRM dashboards for sales account executives and leadership teams.
  • Analyse data and identify root cause of discrepancies reported.
  • Develop secured and scalable dashboards applied to global perspective and support existing ones.
  • Provide demos to stakeholders & collects feedback.
  • Partner closely with Alliances & Channels, Sales, Strategy teams, and other cross-functional IT, EDW, & Operation teams.
  • Collaborate with Business team to achieve standard metrics and Visual layouts for consistent reporting and alignment.
  • Manage and develop using an Agile methodology to efficiently and quickly deliver solutions to sales.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Tableau CRM development.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Salesforce or any CRM domain (or high tech equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 years of experience with data engineering systems design and querying with SQL & ETL techniques.
  • Ability to optimise SAQL/SQL queries for dashboard performance.
  • Creative eye with User experience, aesthetics of layout, and colour choice is a plus.
  • Experience turning business ideas into actionable designs. Present and persuade stakeholders and champion effective techniques through product development.
  • Experience to design & develop, and migrate dashboards with outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Experience in designing scalable and reusable visualisations that work for Mobile/Tablet consumption.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills, and time management skills.
  • Experience in managing and supporting business users with dashboards.
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop, and Server tools is a plus.
  • Work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or sales operations is a plus.
