Job Description

b** Night Shift and US Accounting and Finance experience is a must Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (RTR), Month End Close, Financial Statement Reconciliation and Analysis, Invoicing, Payroll,
  • Experience in US GAAP, ,QuickBooks or any other US accounting software
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of our US based clients.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on AP, AR, RTR, Month End Close, Financial Statement Reconciliation and Analysis, Invoicing, Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience in managing a team of finance professionals is a plus.
