Job Description

    We are looking for recruiter having experience in any of the verticals BPO/BFSI/ Retail/ FMCG/MANUFACTURING/Engineering
    • Source, and screen through the list of candidates in the talent pool and conduct interviews to assess the candidates for the best manpower placement
    • Having experience in recruitments in NON IT sector for a minimum 2 years
    • Partake in in-person and phone interviews
    • Gauge the skills of the candidate and give relevant feedback to the hiring managers
    • Be adept at all the new recruitment channels
    • Manage recruitment records and data accurately and ensure the timely updating of the same
    • Respond to job inquiries and perform the communication tasks that come with the recruitment consultant position
    Required skills and qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in human resources, business, business administration, or a related discipline
    • Prior experience as a recruitment consultant
    • Proficiency in recruitment processes and national and company-wide regulations
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and common HR tools/software
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
