Job PurposeRecruitment, management and supervision of Chief Business Mentors (CBMs) and Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) of CBMs to help them in achieving their financial goals, thereby generating business for the Company.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, engage and launch CBMsEnsure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAsEnsure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targetsEnsure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistencyExperience and PreferencesMinimum 6 years work experience with 3-4 years experience in sale of life insurance productsExp candidates who can contribution of 48 Lacs in year.Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents (MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/Clubs Members)Experience in managing and supervising teams of at least 5TO 10personsFunctional CompetenciesAbility to impart knowledge in sourcing high profile distributors of insurance/financial products.Ability to impart skills on training their PFAs on insurance concepts, products and closure of calls.Ability to guide CBMs on financial concepts with special emphasis on insurance products.Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (excel/word/ppt)Age: Minimum 30 years & Maximum 45 yearsCurrent Location Stability: Minimum 2 years
