Job Description

Hello Candidates,We are recruiting for Territory Manager- Bancassurance. We are looking out for Graduates/Post graduates holders with Min. 6+ years of Sales Experience.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible & Managing the Holistic End to End Advisor Agency Cycle (Onboarding,
  • Recruitment, Activation & Productivity Management) for assigned locations / branches.
  • Ensuring hiring, managing, retention & development of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the area for conducting IRDAI batches.
  • Overlooking the 25 hrs. Training Program for Advisors through Consultant Trainers
  • Conducting/coordinating on other relative activities such as brand activations, BOPs etc. to help Sales on recruitment activities.
  • Flair for Sales (with focus on Advisor Development)
  • Age 28-35 years of age.
  • Willing to travel across the assigned locations
  • Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity.
  • Role Description - Will be responsible for Recruitment, Sales &Marketing, Channel Management, Business Development, Key Account Management &People Management.
  • Preferably 2+ years experiencein Bancassurance channel.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills / Communication &Presentation Skills and Relationship Management SkillsDesired Skills:
  • Age: Max 35 years
  • Location:Secunderabad & Vizag
