Job Description

Responsible for evaluating the health status of individuals over Tele call who apply for Insurance coverage

Evaluate Health status of individuals who applies for Health insurance over call
Analysis the risks associated with insuring the applicant
Give the decision on risk acceptance and rejection
Should be able to coordinate with sales teams and take decision for further documents requirement
Making a determination about a health insurance applicant, must be consider the risks of the company
Should be comfortable and confident when interacting with other teams whose intervention might be required in the course of resolution.
Must necessarily get into transactions and bring about the sense of urgency that is required for resolving escalated cases.
Should have good oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in written & spoken English & Hindi

Hyderabad/Mumbai
BHMS/BAMS/BDS/MBBS/M Pharmacy/B Pharmacy/D Pharmacy
English & Hindi fluency value add if any additional language, Like Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada & Gujrati
Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in Insurance Industries in Health domain.
Ability to handle sensitive situations, strong interpersonal skills, eye for detail, Analytical skill
