Job summary The Red Hat IT team is looking for a Technical Writer to join us. In this role, you will assist the team in developing and publishing artifacts that document business processes, system processes and controls, and more. You ll need to be passionate about communication and documentation creation. To succeed in this role, you should have prior knowledge of and experience with compliance and controls documentation in a technology or enterprise application environment. We are looking for someone with prior experience with business documentation, including documentation that supports a process like policies, checklists, tutorials, screenshots, process maps, training materials, forms, or links to other applications. As a Technical Writer, you should have experience documenting system processes, specifically documents that describe the requirements, capabilities, limitations, design, operation, and maintenance of a system like communication, computing, or information processing systems especially pertaining to compliance or audit activities.
