Job Description

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify Talent needs and determine selection criteria
    • Strong experience and IT and Niche skills hiring
    • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing talent from a variety of channels, including job boards, employee referrals, networking, social media, and complex internet searches.
    • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and social media research.
    • Should be a pro in volume-based hiring and submission of resumes on daily basis.
    • Having the ability to do multi-tasking and managing multiple requisitions assigned simultaneously whilst also knowing when to prioritize.
    • Research alternative sourcing and pipelining methods and make recommendations to the central TA team.
    • Review resumes and conducts thorough phone screening to measure culture fit, interest level, and qualification against job requirements
