28,000 associates of more than 100 nationalities deliver high quality and affordable medicine on time, every time, safely and efficiently.Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead reporting & analytics services across NTO & Non-NTO domains to empower business in data driven decision-making. Lead a group of analysts to support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics. Develop & drive strategic vision for enhancing analytical solution delivery capabilities. Drive and lead end-to-end analytics solutions with the use of new analytics software tools and systems. Translate stakeholders requirements into analytical deliverables and provides subject matter expertise across various solutions. Guide team in Designs experiments, test hypotheses, and build models. Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve on multiple real-time decision systems. Develop usage and access control policies and systems in collaboration with the data steward. Partners with the data stewards in continuous improvement processes affecting data quality in the context of the specific use case. Recommend improvements to methods and algorithms that lead to new findings & insights. Ensure Training on relevant procedures before taking up any GxP activities. Report deliverable status and continuously acquire process knowledgeMinimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Experience (10 12 years) in advanced analytics Strong experience in managing teams in BI & advanced analytics Exposure & experience in Statistical techniques Holistic understanding and expertise in supply chain, quality, manufacturing and associated areas. Pharma industry experience will be added advantage Proven expertise in managing business intelligence projects. Expertise in estimating, planning and scoping of projects. Strong understanding of project management principles and processes Proven ability to work with data and create powerful presentationsDesirable: Strong experience in data science preferred.
