Job Description

    Sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates from various recruiting channels. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and arranging the pipeline for that particular requirement. Handling multiple clients Taking clear JD from the client and posting to relevant platforms. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews based on the candidates and panel availability. Handling walk-in drives based on client availability. Performing background and reference checks. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager. End to End Recruitment which includes salary negotiations and continuous coordination till candidate on-boarding. Responsible for evaluating vendor profiles for various levels of hiring. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. Building and maintaining excel reports and daily trackers. Having an experience in buddy up with new recruiters and training them as per the organizations and clients norms.Interview Coordination: Having good experience in interview coordination on walk-in drives. Achieve a maximum number of footfalls based on the requirements and coordinate with candidates. Arranging interviews as per the schedules and candidates management at the venue Able to handle mass drives and bulk-hiring process based on planned strategies. HR Discussion for selected candidates for further process.
