This role reports to the Manager, People Operations and Services and is the first point of contact for all employees who require understanding business processes and risks that impact HR Claims & Transaction audit. Therefore, this role is critical to ensuring the success of our employees at salesforce.As a Supervisor -People services & Operations , you will be responsible to manage a team of multiple language experts who contribute employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.Responsibilities:-Lead operational audits and projects with a global team-Be intellectually curious and passionate about internal audit, learning about new processes, systems and technologies and how to make them better, driven by doing the right thing for HR process globally-Communicate process recommendations and findings to business partners in effective manner-Be a team-oriented individual who can effectively work at all levels within the organization collaborating with Employee relations , Benefits and Global Operations center teams - Manage the day-to-day operations associated with the execution of the claims and Workday Transaction accuracy - Lead staff and teams to ensure timely and quality documentation of key deliverables- Assist in ongoing assessments of the internal control environment to ensure the Company has the right set of controls for the Company s size, including mix between manual and automated.- Data driven approach to generate ideas to improve effectiveness and scalability of audit activities.- Mentor and coach team members to support continued career growth and the achievement of each team members full potential.- Be able to define complex issues and a path to success despite instances where information is incomplete or ambiguous.- Build and cultivate a relationship of trust, mutual respect, and teamwork with our team, relevant departments, and executives. This includes stakeholders throughout our global offices, IT personnel, and external auditors.- Initiate decisive, timely action to address important issues and face issues head on, balancing analysis with speed to implementation.Preferred Skills/Experience:- Bachelors degree - 5-7 years of experience in HR Process auditing - Build High Impact team and People manager experience -Understanding and experience with the audit life cycle-Experience working with business owners and teams in an audit capacity- Understanding of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 -Understanding of risks and issues specific to the regions- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines- Ability to develop clear and professional presentation- Executive presence and ability to interact at senior management levels- Strong communication skills including presentation, written and oral- Ability to succeed through teamwork, listening, and proposing with confidence and respect vs. imposing through power and authority alone- Ability to lead and guide less experienced staff including review documents and other key SOX deliverables- Experience to HCM system and tools will be an added advantage- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lucid Charts , Peopleforce Reporting and Dashboards and Google Suite AppsAudit Team Prospects
