Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Store Operations:
      • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow.
      • Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing, maintaining cleanliness and proper product display.
      • Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
    • Inventory Management:
      • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels.
      • Coordinate with suppliers for product orders, deliveries, and returns.
      • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to avoid shortages or overstocking.
      • Keep accurate inventory records, ensuring all products are accounted for.
    • Sales and Profitability:
      • Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
      • Track daily sales performance and implement actions to improve results.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and events.
    • Customer Service:
      • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and fostering positive customer relationships.
      • Train and guide staff to provide exceptional customer service.
      • Implement customer feedback systems to enhance the stores performance.
    • Staff Management:
      • Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
      • Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for smooth operations.
      • Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
      • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
    • Reporting:
      • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
      • Analyze store performance data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Compliance and Safety:
      • Ensure all store operations comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
      • Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring the safety of staff and customers.
