Job Description

Working with customers in identifying their needs and uncovering new problems and opportunities.

  • Interacting with engineers, other technical product/program managers and development teams to define and deliver complex projects.
  • Help devising the strategy and roadmap for the existing and new products.
  • Running campaigns to migrate customers between services/products or newer versions of them.
  • Creating, maintaining and disseminating project/program information to customers and leadership.
  • Identifying, assessing, tracking and mitigating issues and risks at multiple levels.
, Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related technical program management in a software environment
  • 8+ years of experience in a software development, architect or program manager role managing software projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, product development and project management
  • Experience in data security, data storage and infrastructure management and automation domains
  • Extensive experience in product and program management
  • Strong technical background with hands on experience building complex software systems
