Sr Software Development Eng THE ROLE: User Experience Group is the face of AMD HW and SW components. This is meant to provide the best usability for AMD components in general for End user interaction. Any individual in this team is involved in delivering the world s best innovative solutions in the Graphics industry. This individual also has an opportunity to work with diversified cultures and teams across the globe. THE PERSON: Design/Develop Applications related to UXG Software and Analytics tracking applications. This individual collaborates & interacts with Global team members to efficiently develop and deliver. This individual is also responsible for understanding the high-level architecture/design and propose extensions and if needed the new design. Knowledge in AWS, Design Patterns and OOPS concepts. Expert in technologies like C++, QT/QML. Hands on development experience is a must. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design & Develop windows applications using C++ and /QML
  • Gain the knowledge (breadth & depth) of AMD s SW applications
  • Has Strong communication skills and can effectively work with Global teams.
  • Excellent Team player
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Development.
  • Expert in C++ Design and development. Hands on development experience of 4-5 years
  • Expert in QT/QML Design application development. Hands on development experience of 2-3 years
  • Should have theoretical knowledge on analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web/Cloud services is a plus.
  • Experience in Windows OS internals is a must
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong analysis, problem solving skills, and a quick learner
