Job Description

Dear Applicant,Your profile has been shortlisted for Phone Banking Officer for one of the largest bank in India.Interview Location :SS Central ,2nd & 3rd Floor , AC Guards Roads , Lakadikapool, Hyderabad 500004 , India ***Direct walkin to the above location***Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Communicating with customers through various channels for banking process over the phone
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Eligibility Criteria :
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and 5 Days working with 2 Days rotational OFF
  • Only Graduates
  • Freshers or Experienced can apply
  • Age Criteria
  • Fresher max 27 years
  • Experienced 30 years
  • Pick up / Drop basis night shift timings, No cab facility will be provided during day shifts
Salary :
  • 0 to 2 years experience 13,000 take home, Designation L1
  • 2 to 4 years experience - 16,000 take home, Designation L2
  • 4 years experience and more 23,000 take home, Designation AM
