Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

Should be able to create and manage data for the requirements.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in non-IT recruitment.

Closing the requirement within timeline within the team.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruitment (for exp) or MBA in HR(for fresher)

Strong knowledge of non-IT job markets, recruitment techniques, and sourcing strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Strong organizational and time management skills
