The Reference Data Technology Client team (part of the RFT) provides reference data delivery solutions delivering Client, Account, Document, Instrument and Core Reference across all LOBs. This Client Reference Data (CRD) developer role shall be part of a team working on the strategic buildup of thefuture state of client reference data technology platform for the various lines of businesses. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the technical delivery of the strategic client reference data platform including:Drive next generation UI development and migration strategy for existing UIs, of a large platform having multiple teams leveraging the platform.Provide thought leadership and technical leadership in the area of UI development and UX design aspects.Creating and implementing interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.Engineer a world-class platform with an eye towards rapid iteration and creative problem solving.Prototype creative solutions quickly, and be able to collaborate with others and bring consensus in crafting and implementing your technical vision.Contribute and collaborate in creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions.Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation.Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs with other members of the teamRequirements:Have prior experience of driving UI and UX strategy for large enterprise application.8+ years in Engineering or User Experience DesignPortfolio of sample projects highlighting design for web based applications, mobile applications & consumer facing web sites and/or applicationsProven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goalsAn understanding of the latest design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environmentStrong HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON skills & solid hands on background in AngularJS, JQuery, NodeJS, Bootstrap.Strong knowledge in automated build and testing tools for UI components like Jenkins, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Snecha etc.Strong knowledge of UX design patterns.Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a rapidly changing environmentQualifications:Overall experience 8-12 years.6+ years of web development experience4+ years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.2+years experience in AngularJS.BE, BS or MS in Computer Science or related area.,
