Job Description

  • Lead a team of talented engineers who like to ship code and tackle hard engineering problems.

  • 5+ years experience planning, designing, developing and delivering software in ecommerce or finance domains.
  • 3+ years experience as a People Manager in a software development organization.
  • Hands-on experience with design and development of highly scalable web services and systems
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux, C++ or Java, OO, and Service Oriented Architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Success delivering products/services in a high-growth environment, exhibiting strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous customer-focused problems
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to take raw product requirements and create software architectures and designs to bring them to life.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Program Management, Quality Assurance, and - Senior Leadership
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions
  • Practical experience with software engineering best practices, refactoring existing code, and a strong desire to create quality solutions and designs.
  • Experience with BPM Tool, user interface design and development, optimization systems, enterprise scale RDBMS Databases, SQL in a Linux environment are all distinct advantages.
