If interested please forward yourupdated CV at shubhra@srinivasalogistics.com.Description / Objectives of the position1.To Lead a team of Pickers, Loaders, Loaders to achieve inventory accuracy & custom er case fulfillment .2. Achieve Process excellence through streamlining of customer order inflow, truck planning, zero detentions,zero interchanges, damages and ensure 100% order processing in SAP, efficient engagement with internal teams(e.g. Planning, Accounts, HR, Inventory) Team Management & Leadership : Provide leadership to a team of pickers, loaders and unloaders to deliver superior customer experience and to fulfill efficient end-to-end order fulfillment activities. Mentor and coach the pickers, loaders on order picking process. Mentor and coach the unloaders on the unloading process, train the individual on various shipments. Manage the employee development process in setting target agreement, performance review and career development plan Develop individual training plan for the team based on current and future development requirement Involve in the recruitment and talent management of pickers, loaders and unloader to retain and develop staff with potential Process Improvement & Performance Management: Provide perfect order picking management expertise for continuous process improvement, system harmonization and solutions for process problem solving. Dock door management performance for the smooth placement of vehicles and ensure warehouse efficient turnaround times Ensure team on proper utilization of packing materials as per the requirement Follow Safety and create safety awareness for the team. Ensure truck seal management and Red tape compliance during the operations. Report deviations on inbound vehicles for unloading to the transporters and confirm before truck entry and palletization. Ensure labor productivity and share labor utilization details to the Admin incharge daily. Adopt time management discipline of all the team and self and adhere to the policies of company firmly. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and avoid Delivery on time failures.Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position Education : Any Graduate Working Experience : 4-5 years relevant experience (Preferred in Warehouse management /Customer Service / Order processing / Manufacturing Logistics) Experience in order processing, truck planning, warehouse management, inventory management, controlling and managing a team of about 10 members preferred.CompetenciesPersonal Competencies: High energy, result oriented and entrepreneurial driver of improvements Ability to work and engage with multiple-stake holders (e.g sales, planners,co-coordinators, inventory, finance) Go-getter with high degree of composure in a matrix organizational set-up, Comfortable to work in shifts.Functional Competencies:Knowledge or exposure to SAP-WMS (preferred) Understanding of products or services of the FMCG industry (optional) Exposure to process excellence approaches / methodologies in functional /academic domain (optional) Possess sound knowledge in GST transactions.
