Should have the urge to learn/acquire newer skills as desired in the job
Attending the customer calls and queries through Chat, email & Phone
Raise tickets in the tool & solve problems on primary level through telephone
Monitor calls, assign the calls to the respective downstream team and follow ups to be done
Vendor coordination - Follow up with vendors for pending calls
Day to day follow up on Pending calls with relevant team
Experience in troubleshooting L2 desktop related issues
Good Knowledge in Active Directory
Diagnosis and provide resolution of desktop problems for end users.
Working knowledge on Windows OS 7, 8.1 & 10.
User account administration, i.e., account creation, management and password resets in Active Directory.
Maintain and achieve SLA of all tickets
