Provide technical experrise with operational accountability and team management be a driving force for digital transformation and enable a predictive analytics for the enterprise leading to Zero Incidents. planning, design, and deployment of solutions linked to AIOps strategy, integrating with different agile toolsets and leading the solution from the front. Creates, reviews, and challenges defined IT related internal standards,Acts as single point of contact, collaborating closely with Architects, Incident management team and other infrastructure service lines Experience proposing and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC), Proofs of Value (POV) activities to ensure innovative solutions can be adopted globally and meet the business need.
