  • Lead large software engineering team comprising of, Engineering & Scrum teams, Quality Engineer, DevOps Business/System Analyst, Production Support group
  • Manage all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, and code development and testing
  • Guide teams to design and implement product features including reusable components, frame works and libraries in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
  • Propose Innovative Solutions for the existing problems of the Product/Application
  • Continuously look at Performance & reliability aspects and propose architectural solution for vulnerabilities
  • Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions
  • Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software
  • Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible
  • Own the applications technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems
  • Own and be accountable for overall execution and governance of the team s performance
  • People leadership and mentoring the leads/managers

, Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MTech (Minimum 15 years of formal education)
  • BPM - Pega (v7.x & v8.x)/PEGA CLSA certification
  • 14+ years of enterprise application development experience
  • Previous IT leadership experience
  • Strong experience in BPM and EAI technologies
  • Strong on Modern Technologies
  • Understanding of knowledge in PL/SQL and Oracle database
  • Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Performance Tuning, System Scalability & Reliability
  • Development Methodology/Engineering Practices - Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN/SAFe)
  • Continuous Delivery and DevOps (& build tools such as Jenkins, Dockers, Openshift etc.)
  • Product Road map planning and delivery Ownership
  • Enterprise scale healthcare product delivery
  • Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) as added advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proven track record in successfully leading multiple cross-functional teams driving Solution Design, Development, Quality Engineering and DevOps
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
