Consistently meet or exceed corporate patching and vulnerability management SLA.Strong interest in information security, including awareness of current security threats and security best practices.Experience defining, measuring and improving complex technical processes, e.g., event triage processes for a complex set of systems.Experience handling the most complex escalated cases in a Security Operations or Incident Response environment (L3 cases)Strong knowledge in various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, UnixExperience in training teams on new tools, processes, and analysis techniques.Experience mentoring and developing junior team membersExperience coordinating incident response, troubleshooting, or other complex issues across a global organisation.Ability to build strong relationships with peers both internal and external to your functional group.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience in shift planning, staff scheduling and absence management.Desired Skills & ExperienceThe following items are not hard requirements but would be an advantage:3+ years of management or team leadership experience, which must include direct experience managing a high-performing technical team (recruiting, performance management, staff development, operational management).Proven track record of measuring and optimising performance in operational teams including definition and review of KPIs and other metrics.Good to have programming and scripting skills (e.g. C++, Bash, Python, Perl, Powershell).A relevant specialist degree (e.g., information security)Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) or Service Cloud.Experience leading technical projects and participating in cross-functional projects, specifically defining requirements for software engineering teams.Prior experience of managing Enterprise Mobility Management, Certificate Management, Centralized Password Repository, Active Directory, SSO and MRA services.Corporate vulnerability management experience with knowledge of industry-leading practices of tools, processes and methodologies that protect corporate assets and data,
