Job Description

  • Create Product Vision & Strategy, define Objectives and Key Result areas for the product(s) that lead to an effective Product Charter and Product Vision
  • Measure and report on Key Result areas to CCE leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for the product(s)
  • Lead dual-track agile to balance both delivery and discovery activities within your team, manage cross-geography SCRUM delivery teams, including engineers, ensuring the teams are aligned around similar goals and objectives and represent the voice of the customer
  • Assess value, develop Azure DevOps Scenarios & Features, and prioritize User Stories and Tasks to ensure work focuses on those with the maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement) and work day-to-day with the product teams to clarify requirements and accept final user stories
  • Ensure User Stories and/or Tasks clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder needs to the delivery team and foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles and inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization s direction
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies and stay current on industry knowledge, business context and customer personas related to the product
  • Demonstrated passion and fluency for the technical and data aspects of your business and continuously improve the product development processes
  • Provide program direction and leadership for the projects created as part of the product; effectively communicating program updates to executive sponsors, business stakeholders and project team members
  • Communicate, influence, and work with senior executives to ensure alignment with the roadmap, strategy, and specific product plans and implementation

  • 12+ years in Product/Program Management handling Product Strategy, Product Roadmap, Feature Roadmap prioritization and Feature grooming. PMP certification desired
  • 2+ years experience working as an Agile Product Owner, CSM, CSPO certification desired
  • Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Software design or development, Application Design, Systems Operations / Management, Database architecture, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security
  • Hands on technical experience in IT Infrastructure, Datacenter transformation projects, Architecting and Integrating Cloud solutions, Automation & Insights, Networking WAN Engg, Wireless and Wired technologies
  • Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), ideally Visual Studio Team System
  • Ability to build good framework and models for prioritization, planning and execution for large projects and proven experience of interfacing with customers and understanding their needs in a large, multi-cultural, multi-location environment
  • A Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
