Job Description

Performs quality reviews of the P2P operations and defines quality metrics. Partners with the third party service provider and other P2P teams to improve the quality of the P2P operations. Drives the knowledge management process (within and outside NGSC) including the development of user manuals, work instructions, knowledge bases, FAQs, sharing best practices within the teams -Promotes, Supports and engages in Continuous Improvement and Harmonization of transitioned activities with aim on best ractices and efficiency increase Supports automation initiatives. Drives root cause analysis, identifies issue trends and coordinates the improvement and standardization projects to improve P2P process quality. Plans, Facilitates and/or executes assigned special projects and effectively collaborates with business partners both internal and external with adequate follow-ups. Ensure compliance with Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM), Novartis Financial Controls Manual (NFCM) and regulatory requirements. Driving cost reduction, process improvement, and increasing automation in the current P2P function. Drive the development, implementation, and regular review of policies, procedures, systems and objectives for the P2P process in order to increase efficiency of internal processes. Champions in customer service attitude enabling a highly collaborative environment towards internal and external stakeholdersMinimum requirements Bachelor degree or higher 6 - 8 years Accounting experience, with in-depth functional & process expertize in P2P / AP Process SAP, SRM Knowledge Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization Customer orientation, professional attitude, reliable Lean six sigma qualification is a plus. Quality certification is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with all levels of the organization. Requires strong attention to detail and analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management & colleagues,
