Job Description

Position Title: Sr. Manager / Director, Human ResourcesLocation: HyderabadExperience: Must have proven experience of 8 to 10 years in Human Resources Dept.Working for IT and/or staffing industries in India is preferable.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, issues and aspirations
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Ensure that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees
  • Lead, manage and improve HR operations including payroll, benefits, hiring
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Manage multi-location work force in multiple states.
Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Sr. HR Manager or similar role
  • Good experience with latest HR Laws & Guidelines
  • Hands on experience with Payroll Process
  • Solid understanding on labour legislation
  • Complete knowledge on Compliance
  • Should be good in employee Relationship management
  • Experience on CLRA
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
