Come do your best work and live your best life as part of the ONEXILINX team!Project ManagementLeads projects as the project managerDevelops and owns project schedules and tasks based on bottom- up task analysisIterative Software Development and TestingExhibits leadership in developing product features of moderate to high complexity, producing well designed code based on high level and/ or ill- defined requirementsDemonstrates advanced software development skills and proficiency, and set the example for less experienced developers with respect to code documentation and regression coverageActively seeks out, guides and mentors less experienced developers and accepts appropriate accountability for the code quality and feature integrity of those mentoredExercises technical oversight to ensure milestone achievement, seamless feature integration and robust test coverage in all areas of responsibilityRequirements Assessment and PrototypingNegotiates and prioritizes product requirements with stakeholders, in some cases extending to stakeholders in silicon marketing and design, to ensure feasibility including milestones, schedules and available resourcesDemonstrates ability to develop implementation proposals and/ or specifications for moderate to high complexity features insuring they satisfy the product requirements and are aligned with all stakeholdersExercises leadership, direction and mentorship in the implementation of requirement mock- ups or prototypes for moderate to high complexity features. Can reach closure on design from all stakeholdersYou will be working in a broad area creating compilers, debuggers and performance analysis tools to support heterogeneous systems consisting of processors and FPGA fabric.As the manager of the team, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of parts of a heterogeneous, multi- core compiler. You will get a chance to tackle cutting- edge, interesting and challenging problems working on compilers for heterogeneous multicore systems.Job requirements:Extensive experience with various aspects of implementing compilers for programming languages. Good understanding of programming languages and parallel programming modelsExperience in implementing many of the following in production compilers:Global optimization, dependence analysis, vectorization, auto- parallelization, inter- procedural analysis and optimization, profile- feedback optimization, language front- end design and implementation, and code generation.Building a good compiler framework.LLVM experience.
