Job Description

    We have an urgent requirement for a Senior AR Caller for one of our MNC Client.Location: Hitech City ( Hyderabad )Notice Period: Immediate JoinersSalary: 2.5 to 4.5Experience: 0.6 to 3 years. Qualification: Any UG or Graduates. Shifts: Night ShiftsRoles & Responsibilities:1. Must have experience in AR calling for at least 0.6 to 3 years2. Responsible for calling Insurance companies (US Calling) and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.3. Basic Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)4. Ensure targets are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis within the stipulated timelines.5. Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Accountability) is preferred6. Good knowledge in Denial management.7. Ensure that the deliverable to the client adheres to the quality standards.8. Follow up on Pending Claims.9. Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities.10. Communicate with patients via phone or email.11. Experience in International Calling is mandatory.12. Need to work on Ad-Hoc activities.13. Prepare and maintain status reports
