This candidate will be responsible for solutions and technology marketing activities designed to increase web usage and self-service opportunities.Uses technical knowledge and industry experience to formulate product strategies and identify new product opportunities.Ensures product features are defined to obtain maximum usage. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and objectives.Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets.Identifies and communicates customer value proposition and maintains relationships with business partners, product partners, and third party vendors.Contributes to product development based on client needs. Maintains relationships with and represents customer requirements during the development process.The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical and business skills to provide insights that will be used by project and portfolio teams to drive requirements that improve the site.In addition, the candidate will need to have strong presentation and communication skills required to create and present to leadership.Drives all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segmentsDefines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for IT projectsEnsure program delivered with quality and meet implementation date & criteriaKeeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factorsBe extremely data driven and drive/track program execution and delivery excellenceWork with the engineering manager, program owners, Technical Project Managers (TPMs), architects, developers and SDETs to endure that the product is being delivered with quality on time and within budgetWork with internal IT teams to coordinate project interlocks and deploymentsResponsible for multiple projects being implemented in parallel and sprint planning for these projectsResponsible for scrum and agile excellenceEssential Requirements:10 to 12 years of total software/IT engineering/code development experience. Out of this at least 8+ technical program management experience5 to 7 Years of experience with Microsoft TFS and Release PlanningHave depth and width of decision making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver resultsAbility to manage and influence team members without direct reporting authorityAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment; work with minimal supervision while delivering on action items in a timely fashionDefine and manage requirements for future Online Commercial capabilities supporting online strategy, including business solution concepts, user stories and other documentsDefine a long-term product roadmap while identifying key opportunities and strategic partnershipsDemonstrate and develop deep ecommerce domain expertise, competitive landscape awareness, and provide guidance on emerging trends and industry best practicesWork with internal stakeholders, external customers and users to validate business and customer interests are represented, and that product engineering is aligned on those needsDesirable Requirements:Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM or Pivotal development methodologies and software development lifecycle principlesSCRUM Master certification a plus,
