Qualifications Minimum qualifications:Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience with managing marketing campaigns and/ or managing analytical projects with customer impact. Preferred qualifications:Experience with implementing, optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns for large clients, with a background in online measurement, operations and advertising networks. Experience with managing a team of extended workforce or other team management experience. Ability to operate strategically and analytically, to understand client needs. Demonstrated business acumen, inclination towards business development and pitching and curating opportunities. Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a passion to create and share best practices to develop a culture of learning by sharing. The team monitors/ optimizes campaigns, providing clients with insights/ recommendations. Youll work with Account Strategists to grow skills, build solutions, drive innovation and identify areas of operational excellence. Youll drive growth of Google s programmatic business by scaling our product strategy. Youre customer- and results- focused and can recognize when solutions need to scale. Youll collaborate with global stakeholders to bring solutions to life. Youre an excellent communicator, influencer, and team- player who effectively collaborates with stakeholders. As a Scaled Delivery Manager, youll focus on maximizing vendor support (coverage/ quality), globally for client service offerings. Youll train vendors on new offerings, contribute to developing and expanding vendor experience, meet programmatic users needs, and deliver against our marketers and Google s business objectives. Operate across all Google Ads products such as Search, Google Display Network (GDN), Mobile and YouTube. Manage and monitor account growth through implementing campaign solutions. Build campaigns for customers, monitor and optimize for performance to work towards customer marketing objectives. Identify growth opportunities across accounts. Support multi- product solution presentations and work alongside Sales teams to build a growth strategy for prospective advertisers. Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service by working closely with Google vendor and sales teams. Work with Sales teams to drive business/ performance growth through systematic interventions and ensure effective, sustainable business growth for clients. ,
